Meet Our Care Team

Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region has over 350 professionals and 400 trained volunteers who care for over 1,000 patients and their families each day.  Our care team consists of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, medical social workers, chaplains, grief counselors--and many dedicated volunteers--who provide hospice and palliative care to patients in our eight-county service area.
